Description : By virtue of an Approved Municipal Ordinance of the Municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental, an Ordinance emphasizing the observance of the municipal's annual culture and arts and tourism month from December to March on the succeeding year respectively. Meeting, forums and planning have been conducted to crop up holistic activities which cover the whole duration of the month-long celebration. One of the highlight during the Founding Day Anniversay is a culmination activity with a Eucharistic Celebration, State of the Municipality Address (SOMA), Town Parade, Luga-hait Dance Festival, and the most awaited Celebrity Show on the night og 16TH of March this year. Further, talents fee for invited performers, including national and local artits as well as the rental services for the sound system, lightings, backlines, stage roffing, generator set and effects necessary on making these events lively and entertaining.
