Description : The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through its Administrative Service, intends to procure “Rental of Sound and Video System for the Conduct of Budget Fora for FY 2027 Budget Preparation” for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
