The Department of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,980,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rental Services of Real Time Kinematic (RTK) Surveying Instruments for DARPO - Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
