Description : 1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Twenty-One Pesos and Eighty-Two Centavos (₱2,997,021.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the first year of the three (3) year period under the contract for the Rental of Photocopying Machines Inclusive of Consumables and On-Call Technician/Operator, for the official use of various offices in the COA Central Office at the cost of P0.90 per copy/print. The ABC for the second and third year may vary depending on the requirements of COA which may increase the number of machines. However, the price of photocopying per copy/print will remain as indicated in the contract being bid out for the first year. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (April 2022 ...
