RENTAL OF OFFICE SPACE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU - NEGROS ISLAND REGION IN BACOLOD CITY

NIR-2025-RFQ-10-002

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau Negros Island Region (DENR-EMB-NIR) hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid items described in the Technical Specifications.

2. The DENR-EMB-NIR intends to apply the sum of Five-Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php540,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) charged against the SAA No. MOOE-25-09-139 to payments under the RENTAL OF OFFICE SPACE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU - NEGROS ISLAND REGION IN BACOLOD CITY NIR-2025-RFQ-10-002. Bids received in-excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. A set of technical specifications are provided in Attachment 1. All items listed under the Purchaser-s Specifications must be complied.
