Description : The Department of Science and Technology, through the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos only (₱5,633,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rental of Multi-Functional Photocopying Machine for CY2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Science and Technology now invites bids for lease/rental of (18) units Full Color and five (5) units B&W multifunction copier machines with one (1) standby machine (full color multifunction copier with similar specifications using the procurement strategy of Early Procurement Activity (EPA). The contract duration is twelve (12) months and shall commence not later than Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Awarding of the contract to the winning bidder however, shall be subject to the approval and effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) ...
