RENTAL OF MEGA TENT USE FOR THE PASKO NG BAYAN CELEBRATION CY 2025

1.The Municipality of Bunawan, now invite bids for Rental of Mega Tent use for the Pasko Ng Bayan Celebration CY 2025. Completion of Works required by 5 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, a contract similar Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

2.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the IRR of RA 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, subject to exceptions stated in this Bidding Documents. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post - qualification.
