1. The Tuguegarao City Government, through its General Fund CY 2025 - Ibanag Cultural Heritage Development, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (₱2,625,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract with identification number PB-G-2025-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
