Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR RENTAL OF LIGHTS, SOUNDS, AND LED WALL FOR THE LOVE, ENTERTAINMENT, AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
IB No. 2025-02-09-GOODS

1. The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 'RENTAL OF LIGHTS, SOUNDS, AND LED WALL FOR THE LOVE, ENTERTAINMENT, AND MUSIC FESTIVAL' (Project ID No. 2025-02-09-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of February 14, 2021 to February 14, 2024 a contract similar to the Project.
