INVITATION TO BID FOR: Rental of Lights and Sounds for the Fiesta Celebration and Hinulawan Festival 2025

1. The City Government of Toledo under the CMO-SPA: Socio-Cultural Economic Act.- Hinulawan Festival & Independence Day Celeb. (Rent Exp. (Bleacher, Sounds, LED Portalets, etc) - has appropriated the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (Php4,000,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Rental of Lights and Sounds for the Fiesta Celebration and Hinulawan Festival 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (12) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
