2 sets of LED wall, size-compliant with venue within Malacañang to be approved by the Office of the President
Inclusion:
- LED wall risers
- Multi-format video switcher
- with live video mixing software package
- Laptop/s for operations, with standard connectors
- Professional LED processor
- Audio and lights should be included in case OP would not be able to provide on the dare of the event
- Compatible connections with audio and lighting system of venue to be approved by Malacañang
- Technical Assistance/ operators onsite
Requirements:
1. Should be a Malacañang accredited supplier of LED/ video Wall rentals
2. Can adjust to abrupt change in schedule, as the event schedule is subject to the approval of the Office of the President (date may be within September to December 2025)
3. Can comply with ingress and egress requirements and schedules of the Office of the President for the venue to be approved within Malacañang
4. Accepts send bill arrangement (government terms).
