Tender are invited for RENTAL OF FIVE (5) UNITS SHUTTLE BUS FOR THE P2P SHUTTLE SERVICES OF GSIS EMPLOYEES

Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php14,900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project Rental of Five (5) Units Shuttle Bus for the P2P Shuttle Services of GSIS Employees for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GSIS now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for a period of two hundred twenty-five (225) working days from the date to be stated in the Notice to Proceed or until 31 December 2025, whichever comes first. Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, must be at least equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
