The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGARAO, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (90,000.00) ONLY being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) as payment for RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT FOR HAULING OF RESIDUAL WASTE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid quotation.
