Terms and Conditions:
a. Suplier will provide one copier machine to the office for GS Section
- ₱ 2,500.00 - Equivalent of 5,000.00 Copies inclusive a month, in excess of 5,000 copies, Charged of 0.5 cents per copy
- Unit copy charge is based on the number of net copies reported monthly on the meter
b. Provider will take such inspections and adjustments as required to keep the machine in good working condition.
c. Free parts and consumables if damage in normal operation except for the user negligence
d. The provider shall supply replacement parts for the machine and perform free repairs
e. Repair and Maintenance of the machine shall be done during regular working hours only.
f. Provider will train the personnel assigned by the Procuring Entity to operate the machine free of charge
