Description : The Local Government Unit of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, through the 20% LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 119,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RENTAL OF EQUIPMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BAILEY BRIDGE (ABUTMENT) AT BRGY. BAGSAC, MADRID, SDS under PR No. 2025-12-855 dated December 15, 2025.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRRA-A) of Republic Act. No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.

The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post-qualification stage in offered to finally determine his responsiveness to the technical and financial requirement of the project.

The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during the post-qualification procedure.
