Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF PAPER COPIERS
WITH MULTI-FUNCTION CAPABILITIES FOR CALENDAR YEAR (CY) 2026

1) The Civil Service Commission National Capital Region (CSC NCR), through the CSC NCR Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eighty - Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 1,188,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rental and Maintenance Services of Paper Copiers with Multi-Function Capabilities for Calendar Year (CY) 2026 under Contract No. 2025-10-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The CSC NCR now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. All delivered items must be fully functional, tested, and ready for immediate use upon delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Procurement Project.
