Description : The Pasay City Government - Office of the City Treasurer, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 20,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Rental of 4 units TENT, 3 x 3 meters for the use of Comelec Pasay for the National & Local Elections 2025” chargeable against the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (Mayor-s Office, Non-Office CY2025).
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: “Rental of 4 units TENT, 3 x 3 meters for the use of Comelec Pasay for the National & Local Elections 2025”. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than March 25, 2025 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
