1. The Local Government of Lanuza, Surigao del Sur through the ANNUAL BUDGET CY 2025 to apply the sum Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 800,000.00) to be appropriated for payment, under the contract for the “RENTAL OF (1) ONE SET SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE 23RD LANUZA SURFING FESTIVAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LANUZA SURIGAO DEL SUR” (Project ID. LGU- Lanuza - 2025-09-051) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
