Description : Renovation of Toilet of CID Office
The Department of Education, Schools Division of Parañaque, through AC-25-6430-GASS-017, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND SEVENTY-ONE CENTAVOS ONLY (P 343,834.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts for the Renovation of Toilet of CID Office.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract. The contract duration is forty-five (45) calendar days.
Bidding will be conducted through sealed quotation procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
