Description : SCOPE OF WORKS

I.Background
This project involves the renovation and improvement of HSAC RAB NCR-s office areas to provide a more functional, professional, and efficient working environment. The renovation include enhancements of hearing Rooms, and enclosure of additional storage room for safe keeping of dockets and adjudication documents.

II.Objectives
-To ensure a more conducive environment for adjudication and mediation proceedings.
-To enhance storage rooms,, which is necessary to improve efficiency, space optimization, materials preservation, safety compliance and ability to support organizational growth.

III.Scope of Works
A.Renovation of Three (3) Existing Hearing Rooms
1.Installation of Adjudicators table within the existing Hearing Rooms:
-Construct partition walls using approved materials (e.g., gypsum board with wooden framing or equivalent)
-Each Hearing room must include electrical outlets and provision for light fixtures
-Layout must ensure continued usability of the remaining space for hearing functions
