Renovation of Silang Public Market at Brgy. IV
1. The Municipality of Silang, through 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Two Million Six Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Four and 50/100 Pesos (Php 42,606,404.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract or the Renovation of Silang Public Market at Brgy. IV Bidding NO. 2025 - 2558. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 365 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
