1. The BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY, through the Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of the following:

being the ABC to payments under the contract for RENOVATION/REPAIR OF AVIAN INFLUENZA LABORATORY & OFFICE under IB 2025-034 (B2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of delivery/Works/Services is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) for Lot 1 and within 60 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) for Lot 2.
