SUBJECT: SCOPE OF WORKS

I. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC):

PESOS: THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 18/100 PESOS (P 372,928.18) INCLUSIVE OF ALL APPLICABLE TAXES.

II. SCOPE OF WORKS/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The Contractor shall undertake all necessary activities, including the provision of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, to successfully complete the renovation/rehabilitation of the storage room at DBP Virac.

Note: Refer to attached Working Drawings, Plans and Specifications (Annex A).

III. OTHER WORKS AND REQUIREMENTS/CONDITIONS:

1. The Contractor shall ensure that the item delivered are in accordance with the specifications required by DBP. DBP reserves the right to reject delivery of the item/s are found to be defective or do not meet the required specifications.
