SCOPE OF WORKS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

A. PROPERTY BODEGA

I. DEMOLITION WORKS / HAULING OF DEBRIS
a. Demolition of existing wood wall partition, vinyl floor finish and ceiling.
b. Demolition of existing toilet wall and floor tiles.
c. Removal of existing toilet fixtures.

II. WALL FINISH
a. Replacement of existing wood partition frame to metal studs.
b. Replacement of existing wood plywood partition to 10mm fiber cement board.
c. Replacement of existing toilet wall finish to 300mm x 600mm wall tiles.

III. CEILING FINISH
a. Replacement of existing wood plywood ceiling to 6mm fiber cement board.

IV. FLOOR FINISH
a. Replacement of existing floor finish to heavy duty vinyl floor tiles.
b. Replacement of existing toilet floor finish to 300mm x 600mm floor tiles.

V. CARPENTRY
a. Refurbishing of all existing wood doors.
