1) The Philippine Coconut Authority, through the 2024 & 2025 GAS intends to apply the sum of Php12,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Renovation of PCA Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Details as follows:
