  1) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY DIPOLOG CAMPUS, through the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 44/100 (₱ 2,471,558.44) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of Old College Building (Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY DIPOLOG CAMPUS now invites bids for the Renovation of Old College Building (Rebid) with scope of works inclusive of Earthworks, Reinforced Concrete Works, Finishing, Architectural Works and other Civil Works.4 Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
