Description : I. SCOPE OF WORK:

The contractor shall supply all required labor, tools, materials, equipment, and necessary supervision and technical expertise to execute and complete the Renovation of Networking Hall at PNOC Building 6 as outlined in Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

1. Mobilization;
2. Construction safety & Health.
3. Execution of dismantling works.
4. Supply and installation of drywall works.
5. Supply and installation of wall finishes.
6. Supply and installation of ceiling finishes.
7. Supply and installation of floor finishes.
8. Supply and installation of hardware & modular counter.
9. Supply and installation of electrical works.
10. Supply and installation of the relocation of exposed A.C. pipes.
11. Demobilization includes cleaning up of site, clearing, hauling and disposal of waste and construction debris outside the compound.
