Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System - Corporate Office (MWSS-CO), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 25,000,000.00) inclusive of 12% VAT, other taxes and duties being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of MWSS Document Center and Archives Storage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System - Corporate Office now invites bids for to improve the existing Document Stock Room located beside MWCI Wellness Center to accommodate and properly store MWSS official records and archives. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, the last twelve (12) years reckoned from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
