Invitation to Bid

for the

RENOVATION OF MARCOS PRE-FAB BUILDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FOREST PRODUCTS INNOVATION AND TRAINING CENTER AT VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY

1. The FOREST PRODUCTS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (FPRDI) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) (inclusive of VAT) to payments under the contract for Renovation of Marcos Pre-Fab Building for the Establishment of Forest Products Innovation and Training Center at Visayas State University.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The FPRDI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Project is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
