A.Background

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) intends to renovate four (4) Hearing Rooms and Receiving Room located on the 5th Floor of the HLURB Building, Kalayaan Avenue corner Mayaman Street, Diliman, Quezon City, to wit:
