SCOPE OF WORK

A. DEMOLITION WORKS

1. Demolition of Two (2) sets of columns and footings

The contractor shall inspect the site to identify which columns and footings are to be demolished. Demolish the indicated columns and footings with an electric jackhammer. Replace with new reinforced concrete columns and footings. The contractor must review the provided plans for the details of the new columns and
footings. The debris on site must be disposed of using the 3-5 cu. m. dump truck.

2. Removal of Existing G.I. Tubular at Fence

The contractor must remove the existing G.I. tubular at the fence (except for the tubular vehicle gate). The contractor must replace it with a reinforced concrete
baluster (the spacing and dimensions are specified in the plans provided). The debris on site must be disposed of using the 3-5 cu. m. dump truck..

B. MASONRY WORKS

1. Replacement of two (2) bending concrete columns and footing.
