Description : Scope of Work
A. MASONRY WORKS

1. Replacement of two (2) bending concrete columns and footing.

All bending columns at the fence shall be replaced with new reinforced concrete columns. Use 40 kg. cement, 3/4” gravel, and coarse sand for the mixture of concrete. Use 40 kg. cement and coarse sand for the mixture of cement mortar. (Please refer to Perspective View A-1-1 for the identified columns)
The contractor must determine the columns and footings to be replaced (see given designs), particularly the two (2) leaning columns at the site. The affected vehicular gate (center gate) will be temporarily removed to facilitate the replacement of the existing bending columns. Upon completion of the column installation, the vehicular gate, along with the existing deformed bars of the CHB wall, shall be fully welded to the newly erected steel-reinforced concrete columns to ensure structural stability and alignment."
