Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Communications and Electronics Service Bids and Awards Committee (CES BAC), through the Approved Program of Expenditures-Programmable Amount (POE-PA) of the PNP Trust Receipts for the month of August 2024, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty-six Thousand and One Hundred Pesos (Php926,100.00) herein being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract with ITB No. CES2025-01 for the Renovation of CES Plans and Strategy Section (PSS) and Research and Development Section (RDS) Office at CES Building C.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police CES BAC now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery and completion of the Goods and Services is required within 90 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
