1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 02 approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1140 s. 2025, intends to apply the sum of Forty One Million Two Hundred and Fifty One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱41,251,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Renovation Of Caloocan City Medical Center (Ccmc) In Preparation For Level 2 Doh Accreditation (Phase 3). (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Removal of Obstruction, Masonry Works, Floor and Ceiling Works, Painting Works, Carpentry Works, Door and Windows, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, Plumbing and Sanitary Works, Disposal of Waste Materials).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids
