The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-One Pesos & 34/100 Only (P 873,631.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RENOVATION OF CAAFFS KITCHEN AREA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
