1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the SB#2 CY 2024 (Part of Php1,750,000.00) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty One Pesos and 45/100 (Php1,469,731.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RENOVATION OF BLOOD AND PUBLIC HEALTH LABORATORY, NABUNTURAN [Construction of Canopy/Client-s Waiting area, Renovation of Drug Testing Laboratory & Water Treatment Laboratory] - SB#2 CY 2024 (Part of Php1,750,000.00 with Purchase Request No. 25-0356 under Civil Works No. CW25-038 .
