  1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 20% PDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RENOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING TOILET ALONG ROAD D, GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, ADS AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA, GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-32 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
