RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF MORGUE BUILDING

Approved Budget for the Contract: PHP 2,465,623.04

1. The Caraga Regional Hospital (CRH), through the INTERNAL GENERATED FUND (IGF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THREE PESOS & 04/100 ONLY ( PHP 2,465,623.04 ) as to payment under the contract for RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF MORGUE BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. This project shall be completed within 163 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

2. The bidder must have completed an SLCC that is “SIMILAR” to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid and with Valid PCAB License Category C & D, Small B.
