RENOVATION AND CONVERSION OF THE OLD PANAHON TV INTO A CONFERENCE ROOM W/ PANTRY AT THE WFFC BUILDING

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Six Pesos and 78/100 (Php2,119,706.78) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Renovation and Conversion of the Old Panahon TV into a Conference Room w/ Pantry at the WFFC Building, PR 2025-09-0609 | IB 2025-47 INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is one hundred ten (110) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
