Renovation and Conversion of Instructional Materials Development and Production Office (IMDPO) to Office of the University Registrar (OUR) Building and Construction of a New Student Lounge

The UP Open University (UPOU), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) Revolving Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Twenty-One Centavos (₱12,865,946.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Renovation and Conversion of Instructional Materials Development and Production Office (IMDPO) to Office of the University Registrar (OUR) Building and Construction of a New Student Lounge” (IB No. 25-10-007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
