Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php11,290,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project Renewal of Web Internet Security/Application Delivery Controller Subscription with Maintenance Agreement Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GSIS now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The License Subscription shall be for a period of 36 months from the license renewal activation date in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the past five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, any of the following:

a. A contract similar to the Project whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, must be at least equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the ABC; or
