  The Board of Investments (BOI) utilizes enterprise PDF editing and electronic signature software as a critical productivity tool for the preparation, review, approval, and secure transmission of official documents. The software provides essential security features—including encryption, redaction, audit trails, and identity‑verified e‑signatures—that support BOI-s compliance with government standards on data privacy, records management, and secure communication protocols. These capabilities are vital for processing investment agreements, certifications, inter‑agency communications, and internal issuances.
  
  The current enterprise PDF software subscription is scheduled to expire in April 2026. To prevent disruption in operations and ensure continuity of digital document workflows, the BOI must renew its subscription prior to expiration. Renewal of the subscription will provide the following institutional advantages:
