1. The Office of the President - Presidential Management Staff (OP-PMS), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP4,000,000.00), which is the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Renewal of Forty (40) Existing Licenses for PDF Solution/ Digital Signature Software as a Service, and Procurement of Additional One Hundred Sixty (160) Licenses for PDF Solution/ Digital Signature Software as a Service. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
