RENEWAL AND UPGRADING OF SUBSCRIPTION FOR MS OFFICE 365 WITH ENTRA ID, DIAGRAMMING AND VECTOR GRAPHIC APPLICATION, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

1. The Small Business Corporation (SB Corp), through the Corporate Operating Budget for 2025, intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Twelve Million Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Only (Php12,317,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Renewal and Upgrading of Subscription for MS Office 365 with Entra ID, Diagramming and Vector Graphic Application, and Pro-ject Management Software (Ref.: G-2025-Subscription-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The SB Corp now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery and acti-vation of the Software are required on September 30, 2025.
