The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 9,262,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renewable Energy Program (Solar Panel Installation at Sta. Lucia Farmer-s Multi-Purpose Building) - Brgy. Ayusan, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 25-70-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
