Procurement Reform Act”.

1. Suppliers/contractors shall manually submit their quotations at the SSGH - BAC Secretariat -
Procurement Unit Office, 7400 Upper San Raymundo, Jolo, Sulu, or through electronic means

2. A Copy of the following documents shall be attached to the proposal upon submission.

whichever applicable;
