Description : Supply and Delivery of Remote Support Software Licenses: 1 LOT

Scope of Work/Deliverables:

The supply and delivery of the items listed below must adhere to the specified technical requirements, quantities, and the designated delivery schedule.

1. Professional Remote Support Software - 12 Licenses
Seven (7) calendar days upon receipt and confirmation of the Notice to Proceed.
Subscription shall be valid for 12 months upon activation.

Detailed technical specifications are discussed in Annex "A".

Bidder Qualifications:
• Must be an IT company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for at least three (3) years. Bidder shall submit SEC or DTI registration as proof.
• Must be an authorized reseller of the brand/product being proposed and submit a certificate as a reseller.

Payment Schedule:
• Payment will be on a send-bill arrangement to be settled within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a billing statement and complete supporting documents subject to usual accounting rules and regulations.
