Terms of Reference:
Clearing and Excavation of Concrete Pedestal: This shall include clearing and concreting of pedestal in the designated location of container van. The work is to be coordinated with CVMC Engineers
Leveling/Gravel Bedding/Compaction: Use suitable materials and compact properly as approved by CVMC engineers.
Relocation of 2 sets 5 tons Container Van: This shall include Rental of heavy equipment for lifting and relocating to designated location at the back of Material Management Section(MMS) Office and serves as enclosure of various hospital waste materials.
