Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through General Appropriation Act FY 2023 - HFEP intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (Php 20,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Relocation/ Construction of Malay Municipal Hospital, Cubay Sur, Malay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 129 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Four Hundred Fifty (450) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. ... - Documents:
