INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:

RELOCATION AND SUBDIVISION SURVEY OF LOT 12, CAD 308-D, BARANGAY PINONTINGAN, INCLUDING PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION TO DENR

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR5329. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Relocation and Subdivision Survey of Lot 12, CAD 308-D, Barangay Pinontingan, including Preparation and Submission to DENR with reference no. PR5329, delivery of goods and/ or services is required within 60 calendar days upon Notice to Proceed.
